Ensure proper compaction, packaging, and storage of materials, as well as optimal operation of the compactor. Required Profile Education: High school diploma (preferred) and mandatory forklift operator certification. Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year as a forklift operator or compaction equipment operator. Functions and Responsibilities Check oil, water, tire, and light levels on the forklift and report its condition to the immediate supervisor or maintenance team. Complete the pre-shift checklist to verify the status of the forklift and compactor. Load and unload authorized vehicles. Operate the forklift only in designated and properly marked areas. Ensure correct stacking of pallets, bales, and/or big bags to prevent collapse and material damage. Transport waste within the facility in compliance with safety regulations to avoid spills, incidents, or contamination. Operate the forklift respecting load and speed limits (15 km/h outdoors and 5 km/h indoors). Follow the defined collection route for operations. Perform periodic cleaning of the forklift. Install gas cylinders when necessary. Promptly report any anomalies or equipment failures. Temporarily store material to ensure optimal bale size. Compact material and safely feed the machine, maintaining quality standards. Ensure proper bale packaging and securing. Maintain a clean and orderly workplace. Immediately report any malfunctions of the assigned machine. Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or company management. Why Apply?
