That is what we mean by inclusion. **Diversity is our strength.** **Being DHL means maximizing your capabilities.** **This position is for DHL SUPPLY CHAIN COLOMBIA SAS** **Role Objective** -------------------- * Lead, manage, and control operational service level compliance, fulfilling agreements and commitments established with the customer and the organization’s strategic objectives. * Manage human, physical, and technological resources, ensuring efficient service levels for both internal and external customers. * Maintain effective communication with your team to execute operational processes according to customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure achievement of established service levels and KPIs, maintaining a balanced and stable operation that optimizes performance and customer satisfaction. * Ensure correct execution of established operational routines, guaranteeing efficiency and effectiveness in processes. * Achieve and sustain an excellent work environment that promotes collaboration and team well-being. * Monitor productivity per process, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Attend tactical sessions to support planning and execution of operational strategies. * Track operational team briefings, ensuring clear communication regarding site key indicators and ongoing improvement actions. * Develop and present relevant area-specific indicators, providing actionable insights for decision-making. * Review, approve, and follow up on pre\-payroll and overtime hours, ensuring accuracy in human resource management. * Monitor the number of updated work instructions, based on Kaizens and identified process deviations, to ensure continuous improvement. * Participate in critical analysis meetings to identify and eliminate productivity barriers, improve performance, and escalate issues, challenges, and opportunities. * Encourage idea generation for continuous improvement of operational procedures, driving innovation and efficiency. * Track compliance with established productivity standards for each process, ensuring operational efficiency. **Requirements to Apply** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 7 years of experience leading logistics operations, preferably in the Tech sector. * Experience and knowledge in Cross-Docking operations. * Experience in Warehouse (WH) operations. * Experience leading teams. * Experience maintaining direct communication with customers. * Focus on contact, relationship-building, and negotiation with internal and external customers. * Knowledge and experience in: + Inventory management and logistics operations. + Cost and expense management for logistics operations. + Management reports and performance indicators. + Team leadership. * Required competencies: Oral and written communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
