Job Summary: A leading environmental services and logistics company is seeking a Basic Waste Management Operator to carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials, operate machinery, and maintain storage areas. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. A leading environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its workforce. We seek operational staff with strong physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); possession of a motorcycle is essential for easy access to the industrial zone; the company does not provide transportation routes. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand markings. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation routes; personal transportation is mandatory.
