Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators skilled in handling loading machinery for logistics and waste management, with high responsibility and strict adherence to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate combustion or electric forklifts in industrial environments 2. Ensure technical stowing and internal transportation of materials 3. Safely load and unload authorized vehicles A leading logistics and waste management company is looking for Forklift Operators to join its operations in the industrial zone. We seek personnel expert in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), with high responsibility for material handling and compliance with industrial safety standards. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma (graduated). Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must own a motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle services. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your Main Responsibilities: Load and unload authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technical stowing of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials between different areas of the plant. Operate the forklift strictly within load limits and support material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,850,550 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide shuttle services; personal transportation is mandatory.
