A prominent environmental services and logistics company requires a JUNIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ANALYST for its team. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical or Technological degree in Human Talent Management, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 months in mass recruitment, hiring processes, and training. Responsibilities: Personnel Selection: Review and manage all personnel requests submitted via BUK. Consolidate all personnel requests submitted via BUK, entering all actions taken. Send emails to temporary staffing agencies to open new requests. Post hard-to-fill vacancies on the company-authorized job board. Contact pre-selected candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct interviews for operational staff—and occasionally administrative staff—supporting the requesting role. Follow up with directors or coordinators regarding interview feedback. Provide appropriate email feedback to temporary staffing agencies based on received resumes and interviews conducted. Schedule and monitor results of security checks, home visits, polygraph tests, or DISC assessments for positions requiring such evaluations. Issue hiring orders to temporary staffing agencies and track scheduling of medical exams and documentation. Onboarding. Training. Workwear provision. Additional workwear provision. Employee welfare. Important: Candidates must have their own means of transportation, as the company does not provide shuttle services.
