Support in food preparation, kitchen organization, and cleaning Job Offer: Kitchen Assistant A company in the gastronomic sector requires a Kitchen Assistant for its team, with a minimum of 6 months’ certified experience in restaurants or catering services. We seek a responsible, agile, and organized individual with sound food handling practices. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months’ certified experience in kitchens, restaurants, or catering. * Knowledge of food handling. * Strong willingness to work collaboratively and maintain order in assigned tasks. Working Conditions: * Salary: COP 1,750,905 + statutory benefits. * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Includes 30 minutes for breakfast and 30 minutes for lunch. * Saturdays: Rotating shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. * On-site mode. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in basic food preparation: cutting, washing, disinfection, and portioning. * Organize and prepare ingredients according to daily menu requirements. * Maintain the kitchen area orderly, clean, and continuously disinfected. * Wash and disinfect utensils, containers, equipment, and work surfaces. * Assist in plating and internal staff meal service. * Receive supplies and collaborate in verifying quantities and conditions of products. * Store food properly, following hygiene standards and rotation principles (FIFO). * Remove waste and ensure correct disposal of refuse. * Support all operational tasks assigned by the chef or immediate supervisor.-Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education years of experience Age: between 18 and 50 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, culinary, culinary, cook, kitchen
