Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operates compaction machinery and ensures waste brand protection. 3. Maintains storage areas and records material inflow/outflow. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; no transportation service provided by the company. Responsibilities: Execute loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure waste brand protection. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflow and outflow for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM). The company does not provide transportation; having personal transportation is essential.
