Dynamic and solution-oriented environment We are looking for a RECEPTIONIST — a friendly, organized, and multitasking professional with strong communication skills to handle phone calls and visitors, manage schedules, reservations, and correspondence, and resolve issues calmly using office software tools and, preferably, multiple languages to deliver excellent service and provide administrative support. · Requirements: * High school diploma * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Friendly, solution-oriented, and responsible attitude * Basic/Intermediate English (preferred) · Job Responsibilities: Attending to and guiding customers, visitors, and staff Handling phone calls, emails, and requests Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings Assisting with administrative tasks and document filing Managing correspondence and parcel deliveries Promptly addressing incidents, inquiries, and requests Providing general support for office processes and customer service · Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday — shifts according to production needs.
