We are looking for personnel experienced in operating loading machinery (combustion and/or electric), with high responsibility for material handling and strict compliance with industrial safety regulations. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma (graduated). Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Course (Mandatory). Experience: 6 months to 1 year operating combustion or electric forklifts in industrial or logistics environments. Transportation: Must own a motorcycle; the company does not provide shuttle services. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday. Your main responsibilities: Execute loading and unloading of authorized vehicles following instructions from your immediate supervisor. Ensure technical stacking of pallets, bales, and big bags to prevent collapse or material damage. Perform internal transportation of waste and materials between different plant areas. Operate the forklift strictly respecting load limits and supporting material compaction processes. Working Conditions: Salary: $1.850.550 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Work Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide shuttle services; owning personal transportation is mandatory.
