Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and control distribution center operations, ensuring reliable inventory and domestic shipments, and to lead the operational team. Manage performance indicators and coordinate improvements At Darnel Group, a multinational leader in sustainable food packaging solutions with over 60 years in the market, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing and controlling the operation of the distribution center and/or finished goods warehouses, ensuring reliable inventory and timely domestic shipments. Lead the operational team and ensure compliance with organizational policies, timelines, and standards. Manage performance indicators, coordinate improvement plans, and oversee updates to warehouse and shipping process procedures. Position Profile Required Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields. Required Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles involving distribution centers/warehouses, domestic shipments and loading, logistics equipment and personnel management; preferably in logistics distribution and/or manufacturing companies. Key Competencies: Inventory control systems, comprehensive logistics process management, knowledge of domestic shipments (policies, invoicing, indicators, and statistics). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, MS Office tools, and WMS software. Offer Conditions Salary negotiable based on professional experience. Standard working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturdays until noon; availability during these hours is essential. Direct employment contract with the company.
