Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles, leading quality processes, audits, and certifications. * Demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001. * Knowledge of NTC-ISO/IEC 17025 is desirable (not mandatory). * Experience in document management and process control. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). * Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and monitor the Quality Management System. * Lead internal audit processes and support certification activities. * Manage and update quality system documentation. * Verify compliance with established procedures and standards. * Implement continuous improvement actions and monitor performance indicators.
