The role requires soft skills for employee engagement and technical competencies for data analysis and indicators.**Requirements** -------------- Technical or Technologist degree in administrative fields. Additional Training: Accredited intermediate Excel course (skills in pivot tables, data merging, tracking, and indicator creation) – Non-negotiable. Video editing software proficiency – Desirable as an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative roles within Human Resources areas. Experience in document handling, data cross-referencing, and participation in well-being activities.**Responsibilities** ------------- Support the Human Resources operations team.
