At DisCordoba we are looking for a Distribution and Transportation Supervisor, 100% on-site, to lead our national operations from our headquarters at Celta Trade Park, Calle 80 – direction La Vega to Bogotá. Job Objective: Implement and supervise the logistics strategy ensuring efficiency in order preparation, distribution, and reverse logistics, optimizing costs, delivery times, and quality nationwide. Requirements: Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related fields (preferably with specialization in logistics/transportation). \+2 years of experience in logistics, transportation or dispatching. Knowledge in route planning, fleet management, WMS, GPS, Office 365, and advanced Excel. Intermediate English proficiency. Leadership, negotiation skills, and results orientation. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Position type: Full-time
