KPI (Receiving) 7\. Receive and control additional materials such as samples and materials, notifying quality upon arrival at the warehouse to fulfill requested packaging and/or repackaging. Record the receipt of all materials, including products, samples, packaging, containers, tools, and equipment, using appropriate documentation to ensure their entry and storage in the warehouse. Report unsafe conditions and actions through the PAZ Program or by communicating directly to the immediate supervisor. 12\.
