




Position Summary: Management Control Analyst to ensure the quality of financial and operational information, support the preparation of reports and budgets, and facilitate strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Budget execution analysis and financial reporting. 2. Support in annual budget development and forecasting. 3. Validation of data integrity and profitability analysis. Job Mission Analyze, consolidate, and ensure the quality of financial and operational information within the Management Control area, supporting report and budget preparation as well as variance analysis, to facilitate decision-making, ensure financial discipline, and anticipate deviations from business objectives. Main Responsibilities Analyze budget execution (OPEX / CAPEX), identifying and explaining variances among Actual vs. Budget vs. Prior Year. Develop and maintain periodic performance indicator (KPI) reports—both financial and operational. Support annual budget and forecasting (Forecast) development through historical data analysis and assumption validation. Validate the integrity and consistency of information received from various departments prior to monthly closings. Conduct profitability, cost, and margin analyses, flagging significant variances. Support inventory control and monitoring (where applicable), reviewing discrepancies and root causes. Participate in standardizing templates, databases, and management control models. Prepare executive presentations for internal committees and area leaders. Assist client departments in interpreting financial figures and results. Comply with internal control guidelines, information quality standards, and corporate policies. Required Profile Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Specialization in Management Control, Finance, or related areas (in progress or completed) is desirable. Experience 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, management control, planning, or similar roles. Experience in industrial, commercial, or supply chain environments (as aligned with business focus) is desirable. Technical Competencies (Knowledge / Skills) Financial and cost analysis. Budgeting and budgetary control. Variance analysis and driver explanation. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, databases). BI tool proficiency (Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.) is desirable. Analytical ability, synthesis capability, and effective communication of results.
