Job Offer – Work Order Coordinator A recognized company in the technical service and logistics operations sector is seeking a Work Order Coordinator, responsible for coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the proper management of work orders and service tickets, guaranteeing traceability, efficient equipment flow, and adherence to operational timelines at the Authorized Service Center (ASC), through the use of technological tools, information analysis, and coordination with internal departments and transportation teams. Main Responsibilities Generate and register work orders in the system, ensuring service control and traceability. Continuously update the status of work orders on internal platforms to ensure visibility and tracking. Consolidate and manage work order databases in Excel, monitoring closures, service turnaround times, and productivity. Receive equipment for repair, validating information and ensuring accurate initial traceability. Coordinate and control the delivery of repaired equipment to transportation teams or end customers. Plan motorcycle courier routes to optimize collection and delivery times. Coordinate equipment receipt and dispatch with the transportation and logistics department. Manage and prioritize rejections and reprocessing tasks, minimizing operational downtime. Report anomalies to the Customer Service Department (CSD) to prevent diagnostic and service errors. Release work orders to ensure uninterrupted center operations. Analyze management indicators such as TAT (Total Turnaround Time), productivity, reprocessing rates, and route compliance. Ensure comprehensive control of equipment flow from receipt to final delivery. Performance Indicators TAT (Total Turnaround Time) compliance. Percentage of work orders processed without error. Requirements Education: Technical or Technological degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years in operations, logistics, or technical service. Knowledge: Work order management Traceability and document control Operational logistics Tools: Advanced Excel Microsoft Office ERP / SAP / ASC systems Conditions: Hybrid work (office and operational environment), ability to work under time pressure.
