A well-established company in the hardware sector is seeking a Transport Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise the distribution logistics operation, ensuring timely deliveries, cost control, and high service standards.
Position: Transport Coordinator
Salary: $3,800,000 + performance bonus + statutory benefits
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week), with availability for overtime
Contract: Indefinite-term contract — job stability
Work Location: Siberia Industrial Park Logika 2 (5 minutes from the Siberia Bridge)

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily route scheduling and dispatches, ensuring an efficient delivery sequence.
Supervise drivers, transport supervisors, and operational staff.
Monitor delivery timelines, reshipments, returns, and first-visit rejections.
Track management indicators (deliveries, costs, efficiency, and resource control).
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet and subcontracted transportation.
Review and control payments to carriers and freight charges.
Optimize operational costs and propose continuous improvements in logistics operations.
Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, accounting, customer service, and human resources.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Transport Coordinator or in similar roles.
Solid knowledge of logistics, transportation, routing, and fleet management.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and office software.
Experience with logistics systems such as SAP, WMS, or TMS (preferred).
Leadership, planning, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
Willingness to travel and support operational activities.
