Lead the administrative and operational inventory team **Job Description** ---------------------- Control and monitor inventories, analyzing their behavior to ensure accurate information and continuously improve processes. Manage, coordinate, and promote inventory movements at Distribution Center locations Ensure visibility and guarantee resolution of issues affecting inventory control processes at the Distribution Center Continuously analyze all operations affecting store inventories: F2, F3, F4, F5, F11, F12, Sales, and Credit Notes, ensuring they are properly legalized. Continuously analyze shrinkage identified in inventory results and promote, together with responsible parties (Supervisors and Managers), the implementation of action plans Lead the administrative and operational staff comprising the inventory team within Process Control Prepare for comprehensive inventory counts at Distribution Center locations Prepare periodic technical reports with analysis results and performance trends of Distribution Center locations Raise awareness and train assigned personnel on inventory-related topics and activities.
