**Job Objective:** Provide operational support in various construction activities, contributing to the efficient and safe development of construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in loading and unloading of materials. * Prepare mixtures (cement, sand, concrete, among others). * Collaborate in enclosure, excavation, demolition, and site cleanup activities. * Assist foremen and master craftsmen with assigned tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment. **Requirements:** * Minimum education level: elementary school (preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in construction projects. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational work. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Commitment to safety regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Contract type: project-based employment. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Work location: Rionegro Position type: Temporary Contract duration: 2\-3 months
