Training: Ensure full understanding and dissemination of company-established procedures for the area. 2\. Manage and develop the assigned team, promoting their professional development and career growth. 3\. Plan area resources to ensure installed capacity is available for receiving, picking, storage, holding, dispatch, and transportation processes, enabling timely completion of all area operations. 4\. Validate proper resource allocation by supervisors and reassign resources according to daily priorities. 5\. Ensure compliance with all area KPIs. 6\. Generate KPI reports and propose solutions to identified issues. 7\. Plan process changes to improve both the area and the distribution center. 8\.
