




Job Summary: Support procurement, services, inventory, documentation, and maintenance management, providing supplier assistance and coordinating administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement and service management. 2. Inventory and documentation control and updating. 3. Preventive maintenance tracking and coordination. * Support the Procurement and Services Coordinator in procurement and service management. * Provide appropriate supplier assistance, communicating to them any observations or complaints regarding purchased services or products. * Support administrative activities assigned by Management. Procurement – Products * Request quotations and manage imports of domestic and overseas spare parts. * Supplier selection and evaluation. * Request supplier documentation in all cases. Procurement – Services * Define services used by the company. * Timely request certifications for Operators, Riggers, Supervisors, and lifting equipment according to expiration dates and reports submitted by the HSEQ department. * Request required vehicle documents, such as mechanical-technical inspection, SOAT, chain certifications, ratchet certifications, etc. * Request required vehicle certifications from Logistics and Operations, including general inspection, operating system inspection, chain and ratchet inspection, etc. Inventory Management * Control and manage organizational product inventory. Document Management * Digitally update documentation for company-owned equipment. * Digitally update employee training records. * Maintain the ADDEC SAS Fleet Matrix up to date. Maintenance Management ⦁ Monitor the preventive maintenance program for machinery, vehicles, manlifts, loaders, and other company equipment. ⦁ Record and update performed preventive maintenance operations. ⦁ Coordinate with drivers on trip completion reporting, ensuring correct completion of the form. ⦁ Prepare and maintain updated digital and physical files of performed maintenance. ⦁ Monitor off-site maintenance and receive billing documentation for archiving. ⦁ Report to Management upcoming expirations of certifications, mechanical-technical inspections, or mandatory reviews. ⦁ Update information related to certification, mechanical-technical inspection, and maintenance expiration dates. ⦁ Manage vehicle, computer equipment, and mobile phone life-cycle record files when maintenance or equipment delivery occurs. ⦁ Generate quarterly reports on the maintenance status of vehicles, machinery, and equipment for the PESV department. ⦁ Develop maintenance indicators to measure compliance with the annual maintenance program for facilities, equipment, and vehicles. ⦁ Support internal and external audits by providing updated records.
