Requirements: Minimum of two semesters completed in Public Accounting. At least 6 months of experience in similar positions. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word. Ability to handle confidential information and perform administrative tasks accurately. Skills in bank reconciliations, inventory, purchasing, and document management. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Conduct cash counts and bank reconciliations. Manage receivables and processors. Assist in monitoring financial obligations. Prepare and manage documentation related to payroll and payments. Support other administrative processes related to payroll and finance. Working conditions: Salary: 1,600,000 + transportation allowance (if applicable) Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract type: Fixed-term, with all statutory benefits and possibility of renewal based on performance.
