***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in similar positions. * Academic Level: Technical, technological, or professional degree in international trade, business administration, or related fields. * Residence in Sabana de Occidente: Madrid, Mosquera and/or Funza / Cundinamarca. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate in the planning and execution of commercial strategies for international markets. * Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards. This includes staying updated on customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and trade agreements. * Collaborate in coordinating import-related activities, including preparation of customs documentation, shipment tracking, and management of logistical procedures. * Prepare reports and statistics related to the performance of international trade operations, providing data to support strategic decision-making. * Support the development of strategic plans, particularly regarding the company’s international expansion. * Manage commercial documentation required for import operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. * Maintain effective communication with international suppliers and customers to coordinate logistics, resolve issues, and sustain strong business relationships. * Meet KPIs related to foreign trade as established by the organization. * Collaborate with other organizational processes to ensure effective integration of commercial and foreign trade strategies into daily company operations. * Assess risks associated with international operations and propose mitigation strategies. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability in foreign trade. **Specific Knowledge:** * Import process management. * Customs procedures. * Maritime and land transportation. * Customs legislation and regulations. * Procurement processes. * Freight forwarders. * Incoterms. * Import declarations. * Commercial regulations. * Tariff classification. * Monitoring and management of planning for the procurement process. ***WHAT WE OFFER:*** * Base salary: COP $2,200,000 to $2,300,000 + transportation allowance. * Contract: Fixed-term (3 months), renewable for one (1) year, then indefinite. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM. * Workplace: Mosquera, Cundinamarca.
