




POSITION: 1, WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT LOCATION: Funza, San Carlos II PURPOSE: Carry out activities related to various warehouse processes according to instructions from the immediate supervisor (Floor Manager, Account Manager, or Supervisor) and in compliance with quality and safety standards established by DHL and/or the client. FUNCTIONS * Perform receiving, picking, sorting, replenishment, pre-checking, and dispatching of goods in accordance with internally established procedures and/or those agreed upon with the client. * Support inventory processes. * Verify the quality of goods at all stages and report any damage or anomalies. * Unload and load containers and cargo vehicles within the warehouse or onto transport vehicles. * Store goods in designated locations within the warehouse and ensure that all physical movements correspond to prior system records; operate assigned material handling equipment (e.g., electric pallet truck, manual pallet jack, stock picker, etc.), provided the employee holds a forklift operator certification; operate forklifts only when holding the required license (forklift operator certification), strictly when necessary and authorized by the immediate supervisor, and in accordance with specific requirements defined by DHL or the client. * Conduct root cause analysis for each non-conformance raised by the client and submit related reports to the department head. * Properly handle and maintain operational equipment and machinery in good working condition. * Actively participate in scheduled recognition programs.
