Job Summary: Administer payroll and other employee payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and provide support for employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and processing of payroll and employee payments. 2. Assistance with employee inquiries and requests regarding payments. 3. Preparation of payroll reports for audits and control. **Job Description** ---------------------- Administer the company's payroll and other employee payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Manage employee payments such as: payroll, special payments, retroactive payments, new hires, leaves of absence, benefits, etc. * Review time and attendance records to ensure correct payroll calculation. * Process payroll deductions (taxes, social security, garnishments) in accordance with applicable laws. * Address employee inquiries and requests related to their payments. * Generate payroll reports to support audit processes and payment control verification. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Education: Accounting; Commercial Engineering; Business Administration; Human Resources or related field * Experience: 3\+ years in payroll * Knowledge: Tax calculation, labor laws, social security * Software: Excel, Payroll systems (Kronos, Oracle or similar) **Selection Process** ------------------------ Join our team and become part of Falabella's transformation: 1\.
