Configuration and continuous deployment in cloud environments At Infomedia, we are looking for a Junior Software Architect with a focus on cloud infrastructure who has a solid foundation in server administration, security, and relational databases. This person will support the configuration, protection, and continuous deployment of cloud environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure and, preferably, Amazon Web Services (AWS). Technical Requirements 1. Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure (minimum 1 year of experience – mandatory requirement) Configuration and management of resources and services in Azure Management of environments, subscriptions, and resource groups Knowledge of AWS (desirable, not exclusive) Services such as EC2, S3, or RDS 2. Server Administration and Security Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) Windows Server administration Server hardening and bastioning (cloud and on-premise) Firewall, NSG, and security group configuration Access, role, and permission management (IAM / RBAC) 3. Vulnerability Management and Continuous Deployment Vulnerability identification and remediation Application of security patches and updates CI/CD pipeline management (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Automated deployments and version control Basic infrastructure monitoring 4.
