Our business philosophy is focused on our customers and we take pride in providing them with the best overall values in team sports products. **Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Build and develop a skilled QA team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new * members. * Lead the QA team in planning, executing, and delivering high\-quality software testing * initiatives. * Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts. * Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web * applications. * Guide and mentor QA team members, providing support, feedback, and technical * expertise. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure clear * understanding of requirements and high test coverage. * Identify, document, and track software defects using test management and bug tracking * tools. * Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, * Cypress). * Validate APIs and backend processes using tools like Postman. * Write and review SQL queries to validate test data and ensure data integrity. * Ensure cross\-browser, responsive, and mobile compatibility testing. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, representing QA perspectives and priorities. * Coordinate with DevOps for test integration in CI/CD pipelines. * Manage post\-release validation and coordinate production testing efforts. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- 5\+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role. Strong experience with manual and automated testing for web applications and APIs. Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation. Hands\-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
