




I am looking for a Human Talent Coordinator, responsible for leading and supervising personnel management processes, ensuring compliance with labor policies, proper talent administration, strengthening organizational culture, and who has knowledge in HSE. Main responsibilities The position will focus on coordinating employee selection, hiring, onboarding, and development processes. The role will also be responsible for implementing training programs, performance evaluation plans, employee wellness and workplace climate initiatives, as well as managing labor relations and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of three 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator and/or generalist.
