Responsibilities: **The opportunity** The Operations Human Resources Manager at the Funza Plant is responsible for leading and implementing the comprehensive People strategy within the operation, ensuring the development, well-being, and engagement of all plant employees. This role acts as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager, driving talent, culture, and transformation plans that support business priorities and ensure operational sustainability. **Your impact** Manage, implement, and maintain core Human Resources processes within your area of responsibility, ensuring consistency, standardization, and compliance with PepsiCo's core processes. Identify opportunities within plant areas and develop solutions, plans, and local strategies aligned with regional and business priorities. Support and advise leaders and employees on HR guidelines, policies, values, and programs, ensuring consistent and timely application. Collaborate with SDT (talent and staffing) teams to attract, select, and retain a diverse, highly qualified, and engaged workforce. Build credibility and trust with local and regional management, as well as with employees. Maintain a healthy work environment by leading innovative engagement and culture programs for frontline employees. Lead labor and union agenda, protecting both business and employee interests. Design and implement programs, events, and activities that promote holistic employee well-being. Manage the plant cafeteria/canteen service, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement. Identify and escalate to internal HR teams any issues that could impact business sustainability. Qualifications: **Who are we looking for?** Education: Professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, MBA, or Labor Law will be an advantage. Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions within industrial or manufacturing environments. Labor knowledge: Strong understanding of Colombian labor legislation, collective bargaining, and union management. English: Advanced proficiency, capable of communicating fluently in regional and global settings. Strategic management: Experience in designing and implementing talent, engagement, diversity, and inclusion plans. Data \& Analytics: Ability to use HR KPIs and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, climate, productivity) for decision-making.
