




Job Summary: Manages the entire import process comprehensively, ensuring planning, execution, and control of foreign trade operations, regulatory compliance, and product availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the end-to-end import and foreign trade process. 2. Ensures regulatory compliance and product availability. 3. Requires an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Comprehensively manage the import process, ensuring accurate planning, execution, and control of foreign trade operations, regulatory compliance, and timely availability of imported goods—contributing to the achievement of the company’s operational and commercial objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Reviewing and validating the documentation required to initiate import procedures. Preparing shipment invoice details using Excel spreadsheets. Reviewing shipping documents, packing lists, and certificates of origin (where applicable). Performing tariff classification and itemized line-item breakdowns for submission to the customs broker. Receiving and validating customs import settlements and coordinating physical inspections when applicable. Coordinating logistics for goods movement from port or airport to warehouses. Receiving and managing invoices from local logistics providers for import settlements. Ensuring physical and digital archiving of documentation for each import. Guaranteeing compliance with current customs, tariff, and foreign trade regulations. Tracking (tracking) import movements. Controlling and submitting shipping documentation to the customs agency. Verifying documents against purchase orders, entering information into the system, and managing payments where applicable. Operating internal systems and platforms of regulatory authorities. Requirements for the Role: Education Technical or Technological degree in Foreign Trade, International Commerce, or related fields Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, imports, and/or exports. Technical Knowledge Import processes and customs regulations. Tariff classification. Foreign trade documentation management. Intermediate Excel skills. Proficiency in internal systems and regulatory authority platforms.
