Ensure maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, HTA/BT substations, and certain uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in municipal buildings: * Perform preventive maintenance on fire safety and emergency lighting equipment, and sign the safety logbook. * Inspect certain UPS units. * Accompany contractors during preventive maintenance of HTA/BT substations and perform level 1 maintenance. * Assist inspection agencies during periodic checks of electrical installations. Your role and operational responsibilities: * Report interventions to management (actions, quality, materials, deadlines, problems) and inform them about the condition of installations, suggesting improvements. * Ensure compliance with regulatory safety obligations (public establishments, Labor Code). * Respect planning, quality, deadline, and safety objectives. * Participate in the team's periodic on-call duties. * Occasionally perform other tasks within the activity sector. ### **PROFIL** You hold a CAP, BEP (with experience), or a vocational baccalaureate (beginners accepted) in electrical engineering or electrical installation maintenance. You are familiar with standards related to electrical installations and understand regulations applicable to public and workplace buildings (fire prevention, electrical safety equipment, etc.). You have thorough knowledge of work methods and safety rules in the electrical field. You hold a Class B driver's license and at least the following electrical safety certifications: B2V, BR, BC, H1V (H2V, HC preferred). You also hold CACES PEMP 1B and 3B certifications, AIPR operator certification; awareness of asbestos risks would be an advantage.
