Collaboration with key departments such as accounting and warehouse. **Job Description** A leading company in the agricultural sector requires a Procurement Assistant. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supplier Management:** Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers, and maintain supplier records. * **Purchase Order Processing:** Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor stock levels, verify goods receipt, and reconcile quantities and quality with the warehouse. * **Quotation and Negotiation:** Request quotations, compare prices and payment terms to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness. * **Administrative Support:** File documentation (invoices, contracts), enter data into the system, and collaborate with the accounting department for supplier payments. Academic Qualification: Technical or Technologist degree Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Minimum 1 year of certified experience. Work Location: Between the municipalities of Granada and Sibaté \- Carrizal rural district.
