An important company in the sector is seeking its next Quality and Product Development Assistant for its Celta Trade Park - Funza location. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in Quality Control, Industrial Processes, or related fields. 1 year of experience in similar positions. Job Objective: Support the Quality Assurance and Business Development departments in the implementation, control, and improvement of processes related to the creation and validation of new products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, technical regulations, and customer requirements. Responsibilities: Support the development and validation of new products through laboratory testing, pilot batch tracking, industrial trials, and management of first production or purchase. Ensure that products not manufactured by DisCordoba have all required documentation prior to arrival (drawings, technical sheets, certificates, etc.). Manage the shipment of product samples under development to customers, along with the necessary supporting documentation. Guarantee proper archiving and custody of approval samples, retention documentation, reports, drawings, and signed technical sheets. Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
