**Description** **Job Objective** Execution of the Production area processes to ensure a manufactured product in a safe environment, with established quality and timing, applying the manufacturing methods established by the organization and with a rational use of materials and tools. **How You Will Generate Impact / Main Responsibilities** 1\. Execute, record, and control daily assigned activities to meet the manufacturing schedule, design requirements, and management system requirements. 2\. Apply the safety, quality, technical, and administrative processes applicable to transformer manufacturing. Use materials according to structures and designs. 3\. Report any risk encountered during operations to ensure it is controlled. 4\. Complete company-defined records by verifying compliance with parameters established in procedures, process control booklets, traceability cards, to ensure tasks are performed according to defined requirements. 5\. Perform activity reports in time reporting systems. 6\. Use materials appropriately in the production process to ensure their preservation. 7\. Review products or ongoing processes at the frequencies defined per shift. 8\. Report any anomalies detected in equipment operation to the supervisor and Maintenance department. 9\. Use appropriate measuring equipment that has valid calibration periods. 10\. Participate in company-defined activities such as active breaks, trainings, educational programs, or other initiatives established by the company as part of professional development. 11\. Report any non-conforming conditions compared to those defined in company procedures. 12\.
