Responsibilities: 1. Administer and maintain published content on the website, social media, virtual platforms, and editorial calendars of teams. 2. Prepare and plan the strategy to be followed on social media, monitor market evolution, analyze and interpret provided data, and propose solutions. 3. Monitor social media, publish content, and ensure the brand’s or company’s digital reputation functions properly. 4. Plan publications according to company requirements. 5. Manage campaigns and product and service launches via social media. 6. Interact virtually with customers, users, and other individuals belonging to the community being managed. 7. Create and edit content, and define written expression formats, keyword strategies, graphics, audio, video, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and newsletters according to publication objectives. 8.
