Direct contribution to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Position: **Driver Controller – Bilingual** **Vacancies:** 1 **Job Objective:** Monitor, schedule, and report driver-related incidents for drivers operating in the USA, while ensuring control over documentation and fuel cards, and complying with terms agreed upon by the company and the client. **Professional Profile:** Technician or graduate in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; **Bilingual with English proficiency level (C1 or C2\).** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of certified experience in similar roles related to transportation logistics processes and freight driver management (preferred). **Competencies:** Communication, Customer Orientation, Teamwork, Results Management, and Sense of Urgency. **Knowledge:** English proficiency at C1 or C2\ level. **Employment Conditions:** Direct indefinite-term contract with the company. **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts. **Salary:** $2\.840\.400 \+ Non-salary allowance $631\.200 **Work Location:** Pereira Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite Work Location: On-site employment
