Job Summary: We are seeking a leadership-oriented Foreman to supervise and coordinate concrete-related activities, ensuring quality and safety in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. On-site work with accommodation and meals included A construction-sector company requires a Foreman for its team — a leader responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing activities related to concrete preparation, transportation, pouring, and finishing on site, guaranteeing compliance with project-established quality, safety, and schedule standards. General Experience: 5 years as a foreman for reinforced concrete structures in buildings (slabs, columns, beams, structural walls) and for tunnel linings in hydroelectric power plants. Specific Experience: 3 years as a concrete foreman in civil infrastructure works and underground activities, with emphasis on concrete structures. Availability to work in Ituango, Antioquia is mandatory. Academic Level: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in civil works construction; Civil Engineering degree; Construction Site Manager or Construction Technician; high school diploma and/or technical courses related to the specialty. Contract Type: Project-based or labor contract. Salary: $4,292,904 + mobility allowance of $500.00 + statutory benefits Experience: 36 months in the construction sector 5 years of general experience and 3 years of specific experience in this role Work Location: Ituango Hydroelectric Project Accommodation and meals are provided, as the work is conducted 100% on site. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School / Secondary Education 5 years of experience
