This role will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and converting information from various platforms, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the entire process. **Responsibilities** * Extract, analyze, and electronically convert data from diverse customer platforms into internal systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established timelines. * Support data analysis and transition during customer acquisition or integration processes. * Appropriately escalate customer and user incidents and requests following established procedures. * Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of migration processes. * Manage customer creation and configuration based on migration tickets. * Facilitate process transitions between teams to ensure a seamless experience and efficient support. * Maintain high standards of quality and compliance through ongoing audits and reviews. Requirements * Solid technical aptitude and ability to work with systems, tools, and databases. * Customer service orientation and ability to build effective professional relationships. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
