Position Summary: Cocorollo Restaurant seeks a Warehouse and Storage Leader to ensure supply continuity, coordinate inventories, and lead the warehouse team. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises goods receipt, storage, and stock rotation. **WAREHOUSE MANAGER OR LEADER (Cocorollo North Branch via Girardota)** Cocorollo Restaurant requires a Warehouse and Storage Leader responsible for ensuring timely supply to all restaurant departments, coordinating cyclic inventories, controlling goods receipt and storage, verifying product specification compliance, and leading the warehouse team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure supply to kitchen, bakery, production, service, and other departments. * Coordinate and conduct cyclic inventories. * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and stock rotation. * Manage, schedule, and support the workforce. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and control. Shifts from Monday to Saturday, availability required.
