Business Understanding * Understand end\-to\-end logistics chain processes (Receiving, Warehousing, Dispatch, Last Mile). * Identify operational and strategic pain points. * Translate business objectives into analytical questions. KPI Definition and Diagnosis * Propose, define, and document KPIs. * Validate that KPIs: * Are business-relevant. * Are actionable. * Align with business objectives. * Detect anomalies, trends, and probable root causes. Descriptive and Exploratory Analysis * Trends. * Relevant segmentations. * Identification of: * Drivers. * Bottlenecks. * Opportunities.
