Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance **Maintenance Assistant** We are looking for a committed, organized, and capable individual to support our vehicle fleet maintenance and operation processes. Main Responsibilities: ✔ Enter purchase orders, quotations, and other information into the system. ✔ Conduct effective follow-up and communication with suppliers. ✔ Manage driver departure routes. ✔ Provide on-site operational support and address maintenance needs across various locations. ✔ Request and validate quotations for maintenance services. ✔ Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and efficient maintenance. ✔ Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance. ✔ Perform daily pre-operational vehicle inspections. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Salary:** To be agreed upon Work Location: On-site employment
