Your profile must demonstrate solid expertise in **Java EE, Microsoft .Net, and relational databases**, along with the ability to lead the modernization of technological platforms toward hybrid and scalable ecosystems. You will be the key piece ensuring every technical component aligns with business strategic objectives and the highest quality standards in the banking sector. ### **Responsibilities** * Define architectures for hybrid environments, ensuring seamless communication between the Fabric ecosystem and intermediate layers such as API Manager, Logic Apps, and Functions. * Serve as the architectural reference for multidisciplinary development teams and as the technical counterpart when engaging with external vendors. * Evaluate existing architectures and propose modernization guidelines based on strict scalability and maintainability patterns. * Execute Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate feasibility and performance of new tools and methodologies. * Collaborate with Project Managers and security, infrastructure, and quality teams to define the technical direction of projects. * Ensure each development cycle increment complies with organizational security and performance standards. * Address highly complex technical issues by decomposing them into viable, proactive solutions for the squad. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.
