Commitment to children’s well-being and quality education. **Job Description** ---------------------- Provide continuous support and assistance to the homeroom teacher and/or subject teacher throughout the entire school day. Provide continuous support and assistance to the homeroom teacher and/or subject teacher throughout the entire school day, ensuring students’ safety, care, hygiene, comfort, and developmental processes within their respective cycle. Job Responsibilities: * Understand and implement the Institutional Educational Project for the grades or groups under responsibility, preparing academic environments in accordance with the area plan, subject plan, and guidance provided by the teacher and/or cycle coordinator. * Actively participate in developing daily academic activity/experience plans and cycle-specific projects or events; review and analyze planned activities to effectively support implementation. * Support the teaching process according to assigned and complementary responsibilities of the teaching assistant, considering individual competencies; additionally, support school services in sports and arts programs, accompanying students from preparation (e.g., changing clothes) through to safe handover to the designated school transport route or guardian. \- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude (express enthusiasm and passion for teaching) to enhance pedagogical, administrative, and community practices. * Strengthen professional development through ongoing training, both within the school and other educational settings.
