




Administrative or Accounting Assistant – Bogotá INDUSTRIAS HRS SAS, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of chemical products for metal treatment, is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support the organization’s administrative and accounting processes, ensuring proper recording, control, and updating of financial information. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department through accurate management of invoicing, payments, and documentation, contributing to process accuracy and corporate decision-making. Responsibilities: Issuing and recording invoices, preparing cash receipts, updating and controlling payments, organizing and archiving accounting documentation, maintaining an updated customer database, and supporting the accounting team and other departments to ensure information accuracy. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Knowledge of basic accounting, billing software, and Microsoft Excel.
