Academic Qualifications: Technician degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, or related fields. Specific Responsibilities: * Prepare, analyze, and present sales reports and commercial KPIs to support decision-making. * Analyze customer, zone, and advisor behavior, identifying trends and growth opportunities. * Design and update dashboards and reports in Excel or analytical tools. * Consolidate and clean commercial databases sourced from ERP systems or other sources. * Provide analytical support to the Commercial Management team in preparing presentations, management reports, and performance tracking. Required Knowledge: * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using ERP systems and commercial information systems. * Commercial data analysis and report generation. * Monitoring and control of KPIs. * Understanding of commercial processes and sales behavior. * Report writing. * Organization and cleaning of commercial databases. * Siesa.
