Support to the commercial area and management of digital channels. **Job Description** ---------------------- An allied company is seeking personnel with a technical degree in marketing, emphasizing market analysis, commercial strategies, consumer behavior, and strategic planning. Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the gastronomic or commercial sector, performing related roles. Mission: Support the marketing process by executing and monitoring commercial and communication strategies using digital tools and data analysis, in order to strengthen brand positioning, attract customers, and contribute to achieving commercial objectives. Responsibilities: * Support the execution of marketing strategies through digital content and campaign management to strengthen brand positioning. * Collect and organize market information via surveys and databases to support trend and consumer behavior analysis. * Support the commercial area by tracking customers and managing contacts to strengthen relationships and support the sales process. * Manage and update digital channels by publishing content and monitoring social media to maintain visibility and communication with the target audience. * Support the preparation of marketing reports by analyzing campaign results to facilitate decision-making. Knowledge: * Basic Excel skills (tables, filters, and data organization). * Social media use for content management (Instagram). * Basic knowledge of design tools. * Proficiency in digital analytics tools. Schedule: Monday to Friday, office hours. Contract type: Permanent.
