Job Summary: We are seeking an Agile Delivery Leader to execute the service strategy and ensure delivery of value to the customer through agile and engineering practices. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with stakeholders and development teams **Job Description** ---------------------- A leading technology-sector company is seeking an Agile Delivery Leader with five (5) years of experience in software development projects in management or leadership roles. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Job Requirements: * Knowledge of financial management. * Implementation of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. * Agile team leadership. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle. * Proficiency in Power BI. * Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Office 365. * Knowledge of software development technologies. * Familiarity with the IT service management framework (ITIL). * Knowledge of negotiation techniques. Job Mission: Execute the service strategy jointly with the Service Leader, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of value to the customer, managing the operational client relationship, and guaranteeing delivery of agreed-upon outputs through agile and engineering practices. Responsibilities: * Define, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog. * Ensure the team works aligned with the product vision and objectives. * Coordinate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure achievement of project objectives. * Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective. * Monitor project progress and ensure continuous delivery of value. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, leadership, results orientation, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Salary: Between $8,000,000 to $10,000,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Working Hours: Flexible schedule (5–7) Work Location: Antioquia.
