**Job Summary** Carry out the activities assigned by the Technology Department, fulfilling the duties and responsibilities agreed upon in the Apprenticeship Contract. **Main Responsibilities** Develop, monitor, resolve inconsistencies, and provide support for applications by conducting unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality and operability of technological tools until user acceptance is achieved. Perform corrective and/or preventive maintenance on databases, address errors that arise, update them, and generate the corresponding help desk tracking, taking into account customer requirements. **Education / Knowledge / Experience** Training in software programming, information analysis and development, or related fields Knowledge of databases
