Dynamic and collaborative team environment **Job Description** We’re looking for a driven and detail\-oriented **Junior Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist)** to support our U.S.\-based recruiting team. This is a **hybrid role in Medellín** and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys **candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building**. ***In this role, you will focus primarily on identifying and engaging qualified candidates within the construction, steel, and skilled trades industries.
