This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** Customer Technical Specialist Responsible for leading and coordinating Level 2 and Level 3 centralized infrastructure administration and support activities related to WAN/LAN connectivity, Security, Unified Communications, Automation, and Data Analytics; ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, proper adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, thereby mitigating service penalties and ensuring service stability and continuous improvement. Support project management on financial and budgetary matters. Actively participate in the project’s strategic planning. Perform other complementary functions assigned by the immediate supervisor. Engineer in Networks, Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, Control Engineering or related fields, with specialization in areas related to these engineering disciplines or telecommunications projects. Minimum five (5) years of experience as Leader and/or Project Manager in telecommunications projects.
